SKRM Interactive Negotiating Partnerships With International Security Contractors

BELLEVUE, WA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 10/02/07 -- SKRM Interactive, Inc. (OTCBB: SKMI) today announced that Sector 10 Services USA, Inc. is negotiating partnerships with international security contractors and distributors. The Company announced last week a $150,000,000 vendor/partnership agreement to provide their emergency response products to high traffic areas such as airports and stadiums.

CEO Pericles DeAvila said, "The security marketplace is growing very fast. Last May the Department of Homeland Security awarded an additional $445 million in grant awards to protect and strengthen high traffic public area security and emergency response systems. Spending by the U.S. government on homeland security is up nearly 200% in the past five years. It's a $50 billion dollar market in the U.S. alone -- and this doesn't include the billions that our European and Asian allies are spending.

"While no one wants terrorist attacks or deadly emergencies, there is no doubt that the increase in terrorist attacks around the world are driving the fast-growth of this market. The listed companies on the Homeland Security Index (HSX) are returning double-digit returns as compared to the S&P."
