Electronic Payment Processing Leader Introduces Breakthrough Payment Solution for Small Businesses

The centerpiece of the PaySimple Solution 2.0 is the Payment Processing Center. Users have the ability to electronically collect payments via eCheck/ACH or credit card as well as pay their vendors via those channels in one user-friendly, convenient system. Payments can be made as one-time or scheduled recurring transactions, all at the merchant’s discretion and convenience. Schedules can be easily updated, multiple payment types can be used, and all communications with customers and vendors can be automated and customized. The PaySimple Invoicing Module takes web payment forms to the next level. Merchants can send customers an email invoice containing a button that seamlessly transfers customers to a secure online payment form from which they can make a payment at their own convenience and in the payment form they choose. Merchants can copy and paste the PaySimple Button into their own invoices, or use the customizable PaySimple Invoices, it’s their choice.

PaySimple Solution 2.0 customers are particularly excited about the PaySimple Recurring Payment Module. Users can easily create an automated schedule for the system to automatically charge customers, using an ACH or credit card transaction, for a pre-determined amount on a pre-determined schedule. The PaySimple Recurring Module is perfect for monthly bill payments and/or payment plans. Unique features of the Recurring Module include the ability to use a secondary payment method should the primary method fail. It can also send customizable emails in advance of scheduled payments, at the moment the payment is processed, and after the payment has processed as notification it has failed for any reason. PCI Compliance

PCI Compliance is required by Visa/MasterCard for all merchants handling credit cards. Not following these rules can result in fines to the merchant and processing privileges being suspended.

The PaySimple Solution 2.0 provides multiple fraud prevention functions such as AVS and CVV2 validation for credit card transactions, and check verification for ACH transactions. The system also includes functions such as email blocker, IP address restriction, duplicate detection, and multiple credit card submission detection that help merchants prevent their web payment forms from being utilized for fraudulent activity. Additionally, PaySimple 2.0 offers both account level and user level processing limits and processing permissions, which enables small-business owners to provide employees with only the minimum system access that is required to do their jobs.
