Top Layer Networks, the leading global provider of Network Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS), today announced that Ken Pappas, vice president of marketing and security strategist, will discuss the next generation of cyber threats and the best methods and technologies for defending against them at the 11th Annual New York State Cyber Security Conference, taking place June 4 - 5, 2008.
In a session titled “The Next Generation of Threats: How to Prepare for Botnets and Beyond,” Pappas will discuss how today’s security technologies are failing, what the next generation of threats and vulnerabilities in the enterprise are, and how to protect against them.
