The Society of Payment Security Professionals and Aegenis Publishing Introduce Secure Payments Magazine

PARK CITY, UT -- (Marketwire) -- 05/07/09 -- The Society of Payment Security Professionals recently introduced Secure Payments, a quarterly magazine for Payment Security Professionals. The magazine, which is produced by Aegenis Publishing, a division of The Aegenis Group, Inc., focuses on security issues relevant to the Payment Card Industry including PCI DSS, Application Security, Risk Management, Data Security, Regulation and Education. Editor in Chief Dr. Heather Mark stated, "Secure Payments is a peer reviewed journal that strives to keep industry professionals up to date on security news and issues."

The publication was designed to provide up-to-date information and articles on security related issues impacting the industry and be used as a non-biased reference for payment security professionals. Secure Payments features reoccurring authors as well as guest columnists in every issue. Each article is reviewed and fact checked by a panel of industry experts to ensure only valid information is published.

Secure Payments is currently distributed to all members of the Society of Payment Professionals as part of their annual membership and is available by subscription to non-members. The publication is also available online at www.securepaymentsmagazine.com. To date, the inaugural print edition has been received by over 800 industry professionals and the online edition has been viewed by over 3,000 professionals in 19 different countries.
