LIGATT Security International Acquires Additional Market Makers to Increase Stock Value

LIGATT Security International Contacts Market Makers and Initiates the Process of Filing Form 15c211

ATLANTA, GA -- (Marketwire) -- 05/26/09 -- LIGATT Security International (PINKSHEETS: LGTT) CEO Gregory Evans announced today that the company has performed the necessary efforts of acquiring additional market makers in order to increase the stock value and complete the process of filing Form 15c211. The entire process of acquiring additional market makers and completing the filing procedure is estimated to take up to two weeks.

Pink OTC Markets Inc. states that companies must complete this form to initiate or resume quotations in the OTC Bulletin Board®, the Pink Quote or any other comparable quotation medium. By completing this form, LIGATT Security International is representing that it has satisfied all applicable requirements of Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Rule 15c211 and the filing and information requirements of NASD Rule 6640.

Upon completion of Form 15c211, the following warning sign will be removed from Pinksheets.com: "WARNING! UNSOLICITED QUOTES ONLY. Investors should be aware that no firm is making a market in this stock on Pink Sheets. All prices reflect unsolicited customer orders and investors may have a difficult time selling this stock. Intelligent Sports had previously filed a Form 15c211 when the company had went public. However, since LIGATT Security International performed a reverse merger with Intelligent Sports, Inc., Pink OTC Markets Inc. is requiring the corporation to file an additional form 15c211.
